Our activities provide opportunities for children and young people to make friends, build their confidence, develop social skills and have fun!

Our Active Futures Programmes
The services and activities detailed below support children and young people to be active, have fun, meet new people, learn new skills and improve their health, wellbeing, and quality of life
Open All Hours
We offer teenagers the chance to get active, make friends and have fun on Friday evenings for just £1 at Edinburgh Leisure venues across the city.
We support care experienced young people aged 14-26 to lead more active, healthy lives. You Can provides one to one motivational support and opportunities to be active, through a range of fun and sociable activities.
We support nursery aged children affected by poverty and their families to learn to swim, helping to tackle inequalities and teaching an essential life skill.
Looked After and Active
We harness the power of physical activity and sport to improve the lives of care-experienced children and young people. Supporting these children to see the benefits of a healthy and active lifestyle.
We help young people to learn new skills, develop confidence, gain qualifications and get ready for the job market. Positive Destinations provides courses which increase motivation, support personal development and help young people to take the next step to a positive future.
Be Strong Be You
Uses the power of physical activity to improve the physical and mental wellbeing of young people aged 12-18 experiencing mental health conditions.
Relocated People Access Programme
Supports relocated people (refugees, asylum seekers and migrants) in Edinburgh to be active and improve their health and wellbeing.
Discounts and Offers for Young People with Edinburgh LeisureWe have a range of offers and discounts for young people, providing discounted access to sports and leisure facilities across the city.
Our Junior Memberships gives under 18s full access to pools, gym, classes and golf for just £12.50 a month.
Whether it is between lectures or during exams, we offer student concessionary rates to motivate students to stay active, let off some steam and relax.
Our Young Adult memberships offer young people aged 18-24 access to all our gyms, pools, fitness classes and climbing arena.
