Edinburgh Gyms - Cardio, Weights and Resistance Gyms

For all customers over 16, there's no need to book a gym visit - simply drop in to your gym for your session! 

You will continue to need to book our gym classes, gym introduction and review sessions and PT sessions as normal via our app or online booking system .

Please note that Under 16s will still have to book their gym visit in advance. All Under 16s must complete our NRG Zone accreditation to use the gym unsupervised. Under 16 Bookings will be live on our app and online booking system.

You can enjoy all our gym facilities in every venue across Edinburgh with a Full Fitness membership which also includes access to fitness classes and pools. If you prefer to stick to just one gym choose our Gym Only membership at your local venue.
