We were all born to move and there is a lot going on at Edinburgh Leisure to help you do just that. It's not just gym and sports - we offer low intensity fitness classes, swimming, dance, walking, cycling and even gardening. These opportunities are ideal for those who feel it has been a long time since they were last active and are looking for a gentle start to help improve their health
We also deliver physical activity programmes in partnership with NHS Lothian and the voluntary sector which cover a range of health conditions including weight management, long term conditions, mental health and falls prevention.
