Our staff can offer you advice on training, either in the gym or on the track, and if you want to take this sport to competition level then we have associations with athletic clubs.
Athletics Coaching
Our Junior Athletics coaching can develop balance, coordination and confidence as well as fitness.
Run, Jump and Throw courses are designed to give children an opportunity to discover and participate in athletics activities all year round.
A range of classes are available for children from pre-school to secondary school and our UK Athletics qualified coaches encourage all children to try different running, throwing and jumping activities.
If they want to do athletics competitively, we also have links with local clubs that train in our venues.
