Ageing Well project supports over 400 older adults in Edinburgh to stay active each week. However, it heavily relies on external funding and donations. To help more older adults, you can donate by texting or online. Learn more below:

Our programme relies on volunteers - older adults who give one or two hours a week to help others stay active. Volunteers feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally, and manage stress better.

In 2018, we won the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service, this award reflects the positive difference our volunteers make to the lives of our participants.

We offer training and have a range of volunteer opportunities available.
