Activity CalendarThis handy tool can help you plan your activities throughout the month or allow you to track the activities you’ve done.
Keep track of your progress each week and reflect on how you are feeling physically, mentally and emotionally. At the end of the challenge, you will be able to look back with pride and see how far you have come.

You can complete your challenge wherever suits you best. Whether that’s at home, outdoors or at a community venue.
If you are planning on using an Edinburgh Leisure venue for your daily activities, then we’re delighted to extend a no-joining fee offer to Movement for Good participants.
Simply, visit your nearest leisure centre and show our team your welcome email. They will help identify the most flexible and affordable membership option to fit around your challenge needs.
Put the GOOD into your challenge - get fundraising
Asking friends and family to sponsor you will keep you motivated throughout the challenge. Knowing people have sponsored you and believe in you is a great motivator to help you reach your goal.
By choosing to fund-raise you’re playing a part in creating a positive impact for more local lives, who need extra support to get active through our Active Communities Programme in order to improve their health, wellbeing, and quality of life.
Let’s make your fundraising easier.
Set up an online fundraising page so people can donate and leave you a supportive message. Any money you raise, including Gift Aid, is automatically sent to Edinburgh Leisure for our Active Communities Programme.
Not everyone is online, so print out your sponsorship form to gather pledges of support from your family, friends, or colleagues at work.
