Les Mills was founded in 1968 by four time Olympian Les Mills in Auckland, New Zealand and has since been driven by himself and his family and is now a global fitness revolution with the freshest exercise trends, moves, music and technology. 

Les Mills is a group of fitness classes focusing on strength and cardio training, offering everything from yoga to cycling, dance, HIIT and more. And every 3 months, new music and moves are released to ensure you can stay motivated with on trend workouts! And the best part is Les Mills classes are the same all over the world, so even if you're new to Edinburgh Leisure but have taken part in a Les Mills class before, your fitness class experience will be familiar and you can expect the same standard of class no matter where you go.

Les Mills Dance

A high energy innovative dance work out that uses music inspired by global dance genres to challenge and move you.

GRIT Cardio

A HIIT workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximises calorie burn using a variety of body weight exercises.

GRIT Strength

A HIIT workout designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

RPM uses simulated hill climbs, sprints and flat riding in a workout where you control the intensity on a journey with great music.
