Become a Service Provider
We aim to provide an enjoyable experience to every customer; above all, we have a passion for active leisure and excellent customer service. To achieve this we need to engage the best Service Providers to deliver a service which exceeds the expectations of our customers.
Edinburgh Leisure use Service Agreements to allow both Edinburgh Leisure and qualified, self-employed instructors and coaches the freedom necessary to operate a successful fitness class and coaching programme across the city.
What We Expect
Service Providers agree to provide a specific service to Edinburgh Leisure and are responsible for providing that service as well as keeping their own qualifications, insurance, licenses and Disclosure Scotland checks up to date.
Although Service providers are not employed by Edinburgh Leisure they play a key role in delivering our services to a large number of people and therefore we monitor the standard of service that is being provided and review customer feedback to ensure our Service Providers are treated fairly and our customers have a great time being active with us.
As self-employed instructors our Service Providers provide all their own personal equipment, such as clothing, footwear, head mics and music as required.
