Edinburgh Leisure would like to welcome you to our Relocated People Access Programme (RPA). This page provides information about your card and how you can use it at our venues across the city to be active with us.
If you are under 16, you will have a Relocated People Access Junior card.
If you are over 16, you will have a Relocated People Access card.

What’s included?
RPA cardholders aged 16 and over receive 6 months of access, while RPA Junior cardholders enjoy 12 months of access to the following benefits:
- Free swimming at all Edinburgh Leisure pools
- Free gym access at all Edinburgh Leisure pools
- Free fitness classes
- Free sauna and steam room visits
- 70% discount on racquet court bookings
- Under 5’s free soft play access


How do I get my RPA card?
You should have received an RPA welcome text message and email. These messages include your Edinburgh Leisure member ID number.
To get your card all you have to do is visit one of our venues and speak to a member of the front of house team. They will be able to find your account on our system, via your member ID, and add your access card to your account.
Our front of house team will also ask you for a photo at this time to be added to your account profile.
Do you need to book activities online?
Online booking is still recommended for some of our activities at Edinburgh Leisure. As a RPA cardholder, you will have an account automatically set up for you for online booking. However, to access this your account must be linked to a valid email address. For more information on online booking please see the how to guides at the below link:

RPA card users can prebook fitness classes up to 8 days in advance while other activities can be booked on the same day as participation.
Helpful hints for booking
If you share an email address with someone else who has an Edinburgh Leisure account, you can use the same address on more than one booking account BUT you will have to set up different passwords.
The email address that you enter on the “Book Now” page or on the app HAS to be the same email address as the one included on your membership record.
If you are asked for your Member ID at any point, you can find this on in your welcome email and text.
