Our recently upgraded gym gives you access to the high spec modern kit you’d expect such as treadmills with integrated TV screens and iPod docks, cross trainers, rowers and resistance machines and this is combined with some of the latest innovative exercise technology - ViPR, Power Plate, TRX and Kettlebells - to give you an exciting and interesting programme.
If you prefer to workout in a group, we offer a number of gym based classes which are easy to fit in to a busy schedule, even if you have only 30 minutes to spare before work or fancy a lunchtime blast.
