The world's largest indoor climbing facility offers a unique and inspiring conference and events venue with capacity for up to 1,800 delegates in the main climbing arena and a selection of rooms and suites offering quality meeting space for groups of various sizes.

The arena provides a spectacular backdrop, with the original quarry walls running through many of the conference and events spaces and our rural setting provides us with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. To make your event even more memorable, combine your conference programme with team building activities.

The EICA: Ratho is easily accessible from the M8 and M9, and just 10 minutes from Edinburgh Airport, which makes it an ideal location for conducting inspirational business in central Scotland.

Our range of facilities allows us to host conferences on all scales. As well as a wide selection of room sizes, we offer quality catering, extensive media equipment and professional event support. 

Events

With 100ft walls and extraordinary backdrops, this is an inspirational location for every type of event. With the help of your dedicated events team, the space can be dressed and styled to suit your needs.

Team Building

Climbing and bouldering are popular team building activities. We also have an aerial assault course or try abseiling to really get your team moving and the adrenaline pumping.



Our main climbing arena can accommodate up to 1,800 people for a memorable press or product launch, or grand reception.

At the other end of the scale, we have smaller rooms for more intimate events from a classroom breakout for 40 delegates to our boardroom for 12. 

We have rooms suitable for a variety of configurations from banqueting to boardroom.
