1. You may request to cancel your booking up to 14 days after you have made your booking, unless the requested cancellation is within 2 weeks of your booking date. Please contact askus@edinburghleisure.co.uk or phone 0131 458 2100 should you need to cancel your booking.  Please ensure you have your booking reference which you will find on your confirmation email.

2. Payment is required at the time of booking.

3. Alcohol, smoking or vaping is not permitted in any of our venues.

4. Photography or filming is not permitted within our venues unless consent is given by a member of staff.

5. Edinburgh Leisure reserve the right to cancel a course due to low numbers up to 14 days before the course start date. In the case of emergency venue closures or other unforeseen circumstances, courses may be cancelled up to the course start date. In both cases, Edinburgh Leisure will contact you to arrange an alternative venue/date/time. If there are no suitable alternatives, we will issue a refund.
Customers will be given an opportunity to opt in and receive email notifications on products and discounts provided by Edinburgh Leisure.

6. If you choose to subscribe to our updates, your email address will be added to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of each email.

7. It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to supervise and accompany children taking part in any activity within an Edinburgh Leisure venue.

8. Abusive/aggressive or any other type of behaviour deemed to be unsuitable towards Edinburgh Leisure staff, management, or any other member of the public from either adults or children will not be tolerated. Should you witness any unsuitable behaviour from either adults or children please inform a member of staff immediately.

9. Edinburgh Leisure does not accept responsibility for any personal belongings which are stolen, lost or damaged within any of our venues.

10. Edinburgh Leisure reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
