Looking to continue your booking at Edinburgh Leisure venues, pitches and affiliated school venues? We are pleased to announce that our rebooking for August 2026 – July 2027 is now LIVE.
How to rebook your space for 2026/2027
- First review all the documents in the ‘Important documents’ section of this webpage. We have made some important updates to the way rebooking works, in addition to updated terms and conditions
- Review all the updated pricing documents for each rebooking sector (Edinburgh Leisure venue, sport or non sporting school or pitch) you would like to book for 2026/2027
- Ensure you are up to date with your payments before submitting your rebooking forms. We cannot process your booking request if you have outstanding payments
- Complete a full form for each sector you currently have by Sunday 12th April
- We will contact you once our rebooking period has ended on Sunday 12th April to confirm your booking

Please complete a full and complete form for each of your bookings before the deadline on Sunday 12th April 2026.
