Cycle your way to fitness at the Royal Commonwealth Pool

Did you know that you can burn up to 600 calories with one cycle class, but also work at your own pace?

Our cycle classes at the Royal Commonwealth Pool are suitable for all ages and abilities and our experienced instructors will guide and support you through the classes whether it’s your 1st time or 100th time!

We have a range of classes running 7 days a week in studio 2:

RPM is a fun athletic cardiovascular cycling work out that guarantees to leave you on a high and wanting more.

SPRINT is a cycle class built on the science of high- intensity interval training (HIIT). The payoff is you will be burning calories for hours.

Group cycle will quickly deepen your understanding and connection to power based training and how it can benefit your fitness in strength, endurance and sprints.
