Learn to Swim Galas
Our Learn to Swim Galas give swimmers across our coaching programme an opportunity to show off their new skills, and compete for a place in our Medallist Gala.

We are delighted to share details of this year’s Learn to Swim Galas! Swimmers from Swim Skills 3, Swim Skills 4, Club Ready and Junior Skills & Drills are invited to compete in a maximum of two races:
- 25 metres Butterfly (for all)
- 25 metres Backstroke (Swim Skills 3 only)
- 50 metres Backstroke
- 25 metres Breaststroke (Swim Skills 3 only)
- 50 metres Breaststroke
- 25 metres Frontcrawl (Swim Skills 3 only)
- 50 metres Frontcrawl
Please register only for the swim gala at your home coaching venue, where your usual lessons take place.
Gold, Silver and Bronze medal winners from each event will be invited to the Royal Commonwealth Pool on Sunday 14th June to compete in our Medallist Gala.
Drumbrae, Currie and Queensferry
Saturday 21st March
For swimmers in coaching classes at Drumbrae Leisure Centre, Currie High School and Queensferry High School – join us at Drumbrae Leisure Centre on Saturday 21st March (12.30pm to 4pm).

Medallist Gala – Sunday 14th June 2026
Gold, silver and bronze medal winners will be invited to the Royal Commonwealth Pool on Sunday 14th June to compete in our annual Medallist Gala.
Medallists will compete against swimmers from other venues in an action-packed celebration of their coaching achievements.
