Hyrox Simulation Terms & Conditions
- Participants must be a minimum of 18 years. Refunds will not be processed for customers who have booked children under 18 years.
- All bookings must be paid for at the time of booking
- Please arrive within the indoor athletics arena 20 minutes before your session for briefing and warm up. Each session begins with a short event briefing, leaving time for a personal warm up. If you are late for your session, it is unlikely you will be able to be slotted into a later session time.
- Chewing gum and food are not permitted in the indoor athletics arena
- Participants must follow any safety instructions as directed by the Evolve event team.
- Edinburgh Leisure does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage or injuries to persons participating in any activity in or on the facilities. This applies to all participants within your booking. Any form of physical activity can be a dangerous, which can lead to serious injury. Edinburgh Leisure have taken every possible step to ensure you have a completely safe and fun experience with the employment of qualified and experienced fitness professional team to supervise the activity.
- By registering for this simulation, participants deem themselves physically able to undertake the event. If you are pregnant, you should consider your physical condition and limitations before deciding to participate.
- Personal property should be stored in lockers during the event. Bags are not permitted into the simulation space.
- By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, videos, or other forms of media may be captured during the event. These recordings may include images or videos of attendees, including you, and may be used by the event organizers for promotional purposes.
- Participants should bring a bottle for hydration throughout the event. Water dispensers are available to fill up from in the corridor outside the indoor athletics arena
- Should we need to amend your booking in any way we will contact you to offer alternative dates or times similar to those made in the original booking. If you feel the alternative is not suitable you have the right to a full refund.
- Edinburgh Leisure reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
- You may request to cancel your booking up to 14 days after you have made your booking, unless the requested cancellation is within 2 weeks of your booking date. please contact askus@edinburghleisure.co.uk or phone 0131 458 2100 should you need to cancel your booking. Please ensure you have your booking reference which you will find on your confirmation email.
