We are carrying out essential work on our systems from 3pm Wednesday 27th January – 6am Thursday 28th January. During this time you will not be able to book any activity on the app or website and there will be no online fitness classes running or floodlit tennis available. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Who has access to your information?

Our staff with access to our secure electronic systems will be able to see and modify your data. Our staff, service providers and volunteers will be able to see your electronic and paper-based data to allow them to provide your service.When our staff or service providers deliver externally validated courses organisations are provided with your details. This includes all course awards from RLSS, UKCC, IRATA, Mountain Training and the RSA. We may request external providers to carry out certain processes for us. 

These providers will be working for us under contract so will be able to see your data but are not allowed to modify or use it for their own purposes. We disclose only the information that is necessary to deliver the service. 

There may be instances where we are under duty to transfer your personal information to a third party, for example police, health professionals or lawyers. This may be to comply with a legal obligation or to enforce or apply our terms of use to protect the rights, property or safety of our staff and customers. We will ensure that your privacy rights continue to be protected.
