This course offers a welcoming introduction tailored for absolute beginners with no prior experience, covering the basic rules, court layout, scoring, and simple strokes. With a strong emphasis on fun, safety, and building comfort with the game, it aims to prepare players to confidently progress into Beginner 1 coaching or join social play.
By the end of the course, you’ll have the knowledge and confidence to play a beginner version of Pickleball with others and keep the rally going!
