Jump into Sport
Jump into Sport is a multi-sports class that develops physical literacy and spatial awareness, delivering multi-activity sport sessions specifically for children from 18 months.
Each session is 45 minutes and allows children the opportunity to try of a wide range of sports including; athletics, tennis, gymnastics, football and lots more!
These early years activities help children to develop balance, coordination, agility and speed, increase self-confidence, enjoy exercise from an early age, develop social skills and meet other children.
ASN Multi Sports
Our ASN Multi sports programme offers inclusive, supported activities for children and young people with additional support needs, delivered in a relaxed and fun environment. Junior sessions are for P3 to S2 and senior sessions are for S1 to S6 and they run fortnightly.
Each session is child-centred and adaptable, with activities tailored to individual needs. This supports confidence building and skill development at a pace that suits each participant. Sessions include a variety of sports such as basketball, hockey and badminton with senior participants also accessing the gym. Sessions conclude with a 45-minute swimming session.
The first sessions is a “getting to know you” session to ensure the programme meets your child’s needs. Parents/carers are asked to remain on-site for this session only, with the next steps discussed afterwards.
