Aquafit
Our most popular Swim Class Aquafit is a water-based fitness class that offers a low-impact yet highly effective workout.
Utilizing the natural resistance of water, this class helps tone muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, and increase flexibility.
Hydrospin
Hydrospin is an aquatic cycling class that offers a low-impact, high-intensity workout in the water. By pedaling against the resistance of water, this class improves cardiovascular fitness, tones muscles, and burns calories, all while being gentle on the joints. Hydrospin is ideal for those looking for a challenging workout with the benefits of water-based exercise.
Hydro Yoga
Hydro Yoga is a gentle yoga practice conducted in the water. The buoyancy and resistance of the water help to support your body while increasing the challenge of each pose, making it easier to improve flexibility, balance, and relaxation. Hydro Yoga is perfect for those looking to enhance their yoga practice with the therapeutic benefits of water.
H20 HIIT
H20 HIIT is a water-based high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class that combines the benefits of traditional HIIT with the low-impact environment of water. This class involves short bursts of intense activity followed by rest periods, providing an effective, joint-friendly workout that burns calories and builds strength.
Coached Swim Classes

These classes are all included with a Full Fitness or Swim membership.

Skills and Drills
A swim class designed to improve your technique, make you a stronger swimmer and introduce you to key aquatic drills. Ideal if you can swim a minimum of 3 strokes and comfortably swim 1000m in an hour.
Power Swim
An advanced coached swim class designed to increase fitness and drive you to swim stronger and faster. Suitable for swimmers with at least 3-stroke controlled breathing who are comfortable covering 1000m in 30 mins.
Masters
An adult coached class where you will increase fitness and improve your technique under the guidance of an expert. Ideal if you can swim a minimum of 3 strokes with controlled aquatic breathing and comfortably swim 2000m in an hour.
