NICAS Clip Foundation
NICAS Clip Foundation is for children aged 6-10 years and designed to be a fun, safe and inclusive introduction to the climbing environment. Sessions are run by our Clip’n Climb Assistants and challenge participants on 22 Clip’n Climb obstacles as they work towards a NICAS Clip accreditation.
This course gives learners a good introduction to safety on the wall, fitting a harness, checking they are clipped properly, descending appropriately, and working on a variety of routes to learn the basic climbing techniques.
