Active Aqua – Level 1

Active Aqua is a fun, social and low-intensity water class in shallow water. The session uses resistance to work the whole body, build strength, balance, and water confidence. This class is ideal for beginners or those returning to water exercise.

Active Sit – Level 1

This fun, low-level class combining seated and standing exercises is perfect if you want to build strength, improve balance or coordination. It’s perfect for anyone who moves slowly, uses mobility aids, or wants a safe and supportive way to stay active.

Chair Based Yoga – Level 2

Chair based Yoga is a gentle yoga practice that adapts traditional poses to a seated position, making it accessible for those with mobility issues or who prefer a more supported practice. Strength and Balance – Level 2
