Single day bookings for our Gymnastics Holiday Camp. Young gymnasts will enjoy technique practice, conditioning, rhythmic/acro gymnastics, vault, routines, and arts & crafts with experienced coaches.

This full-day Gymnastics Holiday Camp is designed for children aged 5–12 yrs who enjoy being active and developing their gymnastics skills. Running from 8.00am–6.00pm, participants will take part in structured coaching focused on strength and conditioning, skill development and gymnastics progression.
Gymnasts will work on body tension, coordination and spatial awareness whilst developing confidence across a range of apparatus and progressing towards more challenging skills. The camp provides a safe, supportive and energetic environment where children can stay active, build confidence and continue their gymnastics journey throughout the school holidays. Children should bring comfortable clothing suitable for gymnastics, a packed lunch, snacks and a water bottle.
