This playful 45‑minute Adult & Child Gymnastics class is designed for preschoolers aged 18 months to 3 years, with a grown‑up staying throughout to encourage, support, and join in all the fun!
Children explore balance, jumping, co‑ordination and motor skills using a variety of large and small apparatus, as well as hand‑held equipment. Along the way, they’re introduced to early social, creative and educational elements, helping them grow in confidence and independence.
Our qualified coaches use play, songs, dance and movement to create an engaging, friendly environment where little ones can learn new skills, move their bodies, and build the foundations of a healthy, active lifestyle — all while having a great time with their grown‑up by their side.
