Adult Dive Camp at Royal Commonwealth Pool
This Adult Dive Camp is designed for all abilities from beginners to customers in our programme. Participants must be able to swim 10 metres without armbands or goggles, and be confident swimming in deep water. Delivered over four 1-hour sessions in the Royal Commonwealth Pool dive pool, participants will benefit from structured coaching focused on improving technique, confidence, body control and overall diving performance.
Led by experienced instructors the programme provides a supportive environment for divers to refine existing skills, build consistency and continue progressing towards their personal diving goals. Participants should bring appropriate swimwear, a towel and a water bottle.
