• 50 metre main pool with 8 lanes and a normal depth of 2m, can be split into two 25 metre pools with the use of a boom and a water temperature of 29 degrees
• A 25 metre teaching pool with moveable floor allowing for flexibility in the aquatic activities we can offer and a water temperature of 31 degrees

Whether you’re seeking a healthy snack after a workout, or grabbing a quick coffee before work, our bright, comfy, cosy cafe, located in the foyer and serving Clambers soft play, will leave you spoiled for choice.

We're open from 7.30am-6pm* Monday to Saturday (except Wednesday we open at 10am) and Sunday 8.30am to 6pm.

We offer a huge range of healthy options and some sweet treats too. For breakfast (until 11am) you can choose from the likes of cereal, fruit or hot rolls, and for lunch (11am to 6pm) your taste buds will be tickled by light bites such as homemade soups, nachos, baked potatoes, filled paninis and baguettes. We’ll also have a hot ‘dish of the day’ (11:45am to 2:30pm) with favourites like lasagne, macaroni or chilli.

For those having a gym workout or swim before work or at lunchtime and who don’t have much time we offer a “grab and go” option (tea, coffee, juice, fruit, cereal, sandwiches, soup… you tell us). You can even pre- order on the way in and we’ll have it ready for you to pick up on your way out!

In addition to a wide selection of hot and cold drinks, you can treat yourself to the likes of scones, cakes and biscuits. We’ve also got a small selection of vending machines located within the foyer area offering water, juices, hot drinks and snacks, fresh fruit and sandwiches too.

Refresh also cater for children’s birthday parties, if your wee one is having a birthday party at the Commie, we can provide all the healthy drinks and snacks needed.

Whilst you're relaxing in the refresh cafe you can take advantage of free wifi for our customers. To allow you to log on you'll find a code on the bottom of your receipt; simply enter it into the browser when asked et voila, connection to the internet on us. If you need a hand getting started, the reception team will be happy to help you out.

We have a large customer car park to the rear of the building and an additional small disabled and parent and child car park with ramp access to the building.
