Just swimming a few lengths can involve most of the major muscle groups, giving your body a great work out. If you crank up the pace, you'll get a brilliant aerobic workout too.

Our swim4all programme offers a structured progression for children and adults to progress from beginner to advanced levels at their own pace.
Tuition is available by our Amateur Swimming Association qualified teachers. They are experienced in teaching and regularly update their skills in order to maintain a safe, fun and modern approach.
