Since it’s creation in 1970 for the Commonwealth Games, Meadowbank has become one of the best loved sporting venues in Scotland. Over the years it has played host to a range of local, regional, national and international sporting events, and had the privilege of again hosting the Commonwealth Games when they returned to the Capital in 1986.

But it’s not just about sport. Meadowbank has in recent years become known for a variety of other events, most notably for concerts, having welcomed the Foo Fighters, Razorlight, Snow Patrol and Kaiser Chiefs in the last 2 years alone.

In addition, the venue also offers a range of meeting rooms, which can cater for anything from a company conference, to a product launch, or even a social gathering.
