Classes are great. We love classes. And you do too, that’s why they’re so popular.The buzz and motivation of working out with other people is amazing and we're sure you’ll love adding fitness classes to your life.

If you fancy working out with others a group fitness class may be just what you need. Edinburgh Leisure has over 450 fitness classes per week with a range of classes adapted to different needs and levels. Our programme includes a whole host of freestyle classes which use combinations of dance, step, and aerobics to give you a great workout. That’s as well as the popular Body Training Systems range of BODYATTACK, RPM, BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, BODYBALANCE, BODYSTEP and BODYJAM.

Fitness classes are not just for the co-ordinated and fit, everybody is welcome and everybody can take part. You do need to be aged over 14 for our classes and aged over 16 for BODYPUMP but beyond that you are most welcome to come and join us. Each class offers a range of options that will take you from beginner to advanced level. Take classes at your own pace and enjoy them, if you're apprehensive a quick chat with any of our instructors will put you at ease and you'll soon fit in to the swing of things.
