Get started The gym: before you start, book in for an appointment with one of our friendly Craiglockhart gym team. They’ll ask you about your fitness goals, and help you design a unique programme to help you meet them.
Fitness Classes: with over 500 classes per week, we’re sure to have something to suit most tastes. If you’ve never been to one before, descriptions are available here. A member of staff will help you choose the right class to get started on.
Stay motivated We all know that after a few months, results can start to fade, and boredom can set in. So make sure you try changing up your programme now and again.
