New at Queensferry: Junior Aquathlon 8yrs +
Queensferry Recreation Centre is delighted to introduce an exciting newjunior 'aquathlon' coached sessions to the sports programme. Participants will take part in weekly swimming and running sessions developing the skills, fitness and endurance required to complete a junior aquathlon event.
Sessions every Saturday include a run from11.30 – 12.20 and then a swim 12.30 – 13.20. These sessions are great introduction to multi disciplinary sport and provide a great stepping stone into triathlon Come along and have some fun!
