Newbattle Swimming Pool
In partnership with Midlothian Council we are relocating the Learn to Dive programme to Newbattle Swimming Pool for the duration of the Royal Commonwealth Pool's major refurbishment. The Edinburgh Diving Club will also be welcomed for training at Newbattle.
The diving competition of the 2014 Commonwealth Games will take place in Edinburgh in the newly refurbished RCP and it was essential we provide divers an alternate training location throughout this time.
The relocation means that diving is coming back to Newbattle Pool after a long absence and is a boost to the sport in Midlothian as well as Edinburgh City.
