Which course?
Courses are held at various times of year, and at venues across the city. The courses available are:
- Scottish Swimming/UKCC Level 1 Teacher of Aquatics
- Scottish Swimming/UKCC Level 2 Teacher of Aquatics
- Scottish Swimming/UKCC Level 1 Coaching of Swimming
- Scottish Swimming/UKCC Level 2 Coaching of Swimming
- Scottish Swimming/UKCC Level 1 Diving Coach
- Scottish Swimming/UKCC Level 2 Diving Coach
- ASA Teacher of Adult & Child water activities
- ASA Teacher of Aquafit
- ASA Aquafit Fitness modules (for already qualified health & fitness professionals)
- RLSS UK National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) – units 1 & 2
- RLSS UK Trainer Assessor Course
- RLSS UK National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers & Coaches (NRASTC)
- RLSS UK Bronze Medallion
For scheduled course dates, locations and prices check out the course dates page. You may be able to apply for funding towards your course fees through Coaching Edinburgh, so be sure to check out their website to see if you're eligible.
Not based in Edinburgh?
No worries. If you'd like us to come to your venue to deliver any of the swim qualifications we offer, and you have enough people interested in taking a particular course, that’s no problem!
We've delivered courses in Inverurie, Invergordan, Dumfries and Galloway, Lanarkshire and more besides, just drop us a line or give us a call with your details and we'll work with you to find the best way forward.
