Club development
Edinburgh Leisure have a really strong development pathway which progresses from grass roots participation, including preschool movement, into club level gymnastics and trampolining and then into high performance sport.

For gymnastics, we have founded good relationships with many of the local clubs in Edinburgh and the Lothian’s to ensure that all children have the best opportunity to progress to club level gymnastics and beyond.

The five main Edinburgh clubs linked to Edinburgh Leisure are:

City Of Edinburgh Gymnastics Club Training venue: Meadowbank Sports Centre
We are a young club, established in 2006, and since then we have achieved great success at many Scottish competitions. Our aim is to attract enthusiastic gymnasts and encourage them to fulfil their potential. We train at Meadowbank Sports Centre on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday and our new display team train at Drumbrae on a Saturday.
