Take me to online bookings

Online booking is available to all of our Fitness Members, Swim Members, Climb Members, Golf Season Ticket Holders and Leisure Card holders too. Any members or Leisure Card holders aged 16 plus* can book fitness classes and golf tee times, and manage those bookings and payments, online.

How do I book online?
If you've provided us with an email address you'll be emailed login details, after that you’ll be able to login to your online booking account from any computer you choose (anywhere in the world if you like) and select the class you want to join or tee time you want to play. Simply click on the "take me to online bookings" link above to login. 

I don't have login details
If you haven't had instructions emailed to you we may need to check we've got the most up to date email address for you. Either check with our reception teams the next time you're in, or email us at onlinebookings@edinburghleisure.co.uk with details of your card number (you'll find it printed clearly on your card), your postcode and your name, we'll then update your email address and send your log on instructions.

Paying Online and Refunds
If you've been booking online and then paying for your activity (Fitness Class or Golf Tee Time) when you arrive at the venue or golf course, please note that, in order to make booking and paying for your activity easier, from Monday 7th November 2011 you’ll be required to pay at the time you make your booking online. This means you won't have to have cash or card with you when you come along as the payment has been taken care of when you make your booking. Secure online payment services are provided by WorldPay.

*For junior members (aged 11-15) we need parental permission to hold email addresses, if we have this we can allow you to make bookings online. If you'd like more information on this then please contact our online bookings team - onlinebookings@edinburghleisure.co.uk.
