- Visit NRG Zone (11-15 year olds) or the gym, if you're accredited, four times and we'll email you a voucher to get a free visit. We'll try to get the voucher to you so it's your fifth one free but if you work out really regularly it might be the one after that. For every 4 visits you will get a voucher for a free one though, so make sure you swipe your energize card everytime so you don't miss out.
- Play four rounds of golf and we'll email you a voucher to get a free visit. Just like the gym vouchers we'll send them out regularly so it should be your fifth one that's free but if you are always out on the course, it might be the one after that. For every 4 visits you will get a voucher for a free one though.

But unlike other assault courses it is suspended from the roof of the EICA: Ratho, 100ft up from the arena floor.
