After all there’s no better way for children to keep fit and healthy than participating in regular sporting activity. Encouraging children to take part in sport whilst they are young is one of the best ways for them to become equipped with the physical ability and confidence to keep active throughout their lifetime. Taking part in regular sporting activity strengthens bones, aids co-ordination, balance and flexibility, improves stamina and concentration and reduces body fat.
