Public use of the Diving Pool

Below are guidelines for public use of our diving pool facility:

  • 1m & 3m springboards will be available during ‘open’ swimming sessions, days and times as shown in the diving pool programme. (Defined as Public use of 1m and 3m boards only)
  • Public access to 5, 7.5 and 10m diving boards will not be available during ‘public’ sessions. ‘Free’ coached public diving sessions will be available at specified times with a qualified coach and lifeguard present for use of boards of up to 5m. Use of the 7.5 and 10m boards will be permitted if the customer is experienced and skilled, to use these boards, as determined by the coach. Age restrictions, are in place, as advised by the coach.(Defined as Coached Diving Sessions)
  • Additional coached diving Sessions run during the school holidays.
  • Adults and children diving lessons for all ages run throughout the year.
  • One to one and group private lessons continue to be available.
