Introductions

The gym introduction process will take place over three sessions with a member of the gym team. Your programme will be re-evaluated every 8 weeks to ensure you are achieving your fitness goals.

Each session will last approximately one hour. Here is what to expect in your three sessions.

Session 1

  • You will complete a pre activity questionnaire with a member of the gym team
  • Optional blood pressure & body fat readings
  • Warm up exercise
  • Try out aerobic equipment
  • Cool down exercises
  • Stretching Techniques

Session 2
A member of the gym team will design a specific exercise programme for you and you will have the opportunity to do some of the exercises during this session.

Session 3
You will experience your entire fitness programme with a member of the gym team.
