Berthing charges

All prices apply to leisure craft, commercial rates available on request. Multihulls charged at LOA + 1/3.

Direct debit payment option

Direct debit payment for this option is calculated at the annual rate +8%. Direct debit is payable over 10 months on the first of the month starting with the 1st April 2007. First payment of direct debit will be 20% of the total payment followed by 9 equal payments of the balance. Please note that failure to make a payment on the due date will incur a £25 administration fee and could also result in the craft being impounded until balance is paid in full. Payment option: Advance payment before commencement. 2 equal payments payable on the 1 April and 1 July.

Annual Payments

For people taking out annual contracts there is an alternative payment option available. For anyone entering into an annual contract (ADD/A) then subsequently changing the location (berth, park, shed) will go onto the annual rate for that location. To cover administration costs a charge of £30 will be levied for each change to contract.

Customers who choose this annual option are required to give a minimum notice period of 1 month and will be charged £50.

It should be noted however that anyone leaving during the contract term would be subject to the appropriate monthly charges for the period that they have been on site.

The management reserves the right to make changes at any time. Customers are therefore advised to contact the Marina Office to confirm the charges for the advertised services or any other service not listed within our scale of charges.

The cancellation and refund of any berthing licence contract is subject to the marina manager’s decision, which is final.

Away for more than one month?

If you are going away tell us in advance, if we are able to resell the berth, you will receive 1/3 of the income. Craft need to be away for a minimum of 1 month.

Craning in?

If you are experiencing problems finding a suitable date to crane back in, provided your crane in date is before 15^th April, we will hold your allocated berth, while you only pay the land storage rate.

Leisure Card Discount does not apply to berthing / storage charges.

All fees are due in advance.
