Gym session Fitness Studio session Each session lasts for one hour. You can choose to participate from 20 minutes to the full hour depending on your fitness levels. But you must be there at the start of the session to warm up fully. Where are the exercise sessions?
You can choose whichever centre is the most convenient for yourself. Book in by contacting reception or just turn up on the day. |
