Q: Who are Edinburgh Leisure?
A: Edinburgh Leisure manages an extensive portfolio of sport and recreation facilities in the city, on behalf of the City of Edinburgh Council, from swimming pools and sports centres to sailing schools and golf courses. We also have swimming lessons, sports coaching and fitness classes running at our centres, with a variety of classes for people of all ages and abilities. Coaching staff at our venues are qualified and experienced. A large number of sports clubs are based at our centres and provide opportunities for customers to develop their sport further.

We are a registered charity and not for profit organization, so any income raised is re-invested into our facilities.


Q: Are you part of The City of Edinburgh Council?
A: We are not part of the Council, but we do receive funding to help run leisure facilities on their behalf.
