Edinburgh Leisure offers over 200 Get Up & Go Fitness classes per week citywide. There are a variety of activities to choose from such as gentle exercise, Bodybalance, pilates, yoga, aquafit & aerobics all designed around you to keep you fit, supple, stretched and toned. The fitness classes are full of people like you who want to keep active and enjoy the interaction of working out with like minded people. To meet your very own fitness desires come along to one of our 15 gyms and talk to our instructors so that they can get to know you and develop a programme that does what you want it to. Qualified instructors are there to support you right through from taking that first step on to a treadmill to wherever you want to go. Whatever your starting point we’ll teach you to enjoy using the gym equipment at your own pace in a safe, friendly environment. We even have Get Up & Go gym sessions so not only will you get all the benefits of a gym based workout you can socialise with people like you and spur each other on.
