However good your intentions about regular jogging, it’s sometimes hard to stick to a plan. Our network of Jogging Groups can help. They meet at different venues around Edinburgh, and go for a run with a qualified Jog Scotland Jog Leader. You’ll get helpful hints & tips on techniques, and the motivation and fun of running with other people. We have different levels of groups so, whether you’re just lacing up your trainers for the first time, want to lose weight, meet other joggers or train for a 10K, grab a pair of running shoes and come along.
