What should I wear?

You can either wear appropriate swimwear (as you would for a general swimming session) or - as you will be required to wear a buoyancy aid - you may choose to wear t-shirt and shorts for your session if this is more comfortable.

Glasses and all jewellery, including rings and stud earrings, must be removed for safety reasons. We have lockers available in the changing village (£1 coin required) if you need to store any valuables.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive on site 15 minutes before your session start time, and it is essential to check-in in the reception area (there will be a member of staff there to meet you). This gives you time to receive your buoyancy aid and be ready for the safety brief.

What happens if I'm late for my session?

Unfortunately, if you are late arriving and miss the safety briefing, you will not be able to take part in that session.
