Swimming & Diving

Want an all-round wonder sport? Try swimming

Want an activity that can burn calories and improve your muscle tone and strength? That can help your heart and lungs? A sport that improves your fitness and flexibility without straining joints or muscles? That can make you feel happier? Try going for a swim. Swimming is the ultimate lifelong sport – fun for babies and toddlers, easy on the joints for older people, as energetic or relaxing as you want it to be.

The Commie Pool also has a separate diving pool with springboards and platforms. This is open for casual diving sessions, as well as diving classes and courses. Just check the swimming pool timetable at your local pool, and dive on in.
