Come and see our kit

The gym is the most convenient of fitness activities; there’s no need to organise other people, you don’t need to book and it’s not weather-dependant.

You don’t need vast supplies of kit because we provide it for you. And boy do we have some good stuff. We have 15 gyms with an impressive range of equipment – including kettlebells, TRX, Power Plate and ViPR – much of it recently upgraded.

Our fitness staff can design a workout programme, and help you become stronger, leaner or fitter – whatever you want to be. We also offer NRG Zone sessions for S1-S5 school pupils.
